client’s leg days

Alright as requested, here are the PDFs for my client Jess’s two leg days. She does them on Mondays and fridays, but you can get away with a monday/thursday split, maybe even a monday/wednesday. (the day of the week doesn’t matter, just the time in between). I haven’t had a chance to film the exercises separately to turn them into GIFs for this page, but wanted to at least get the PDFs out there. In the meantime, referring back to the two videos on these workouts should help!
