As many of you know, I have an affinity for full body lifts for the workout density, calorie burn, etc… BUT - part of the reason I can get away with full body lifts is because I spent 7-8 years or so doing body part splits 6 days/week. SO, I understand their value: for building muscle, for focusing on technique of one area of your body, or just for not being sore everywhere for half the week.

This is almost 1 for 1 workout A of my new beginner splits program to give you an idea of what the programs look like. Here, you decide the weights, but aim for somewhere between a 7-8 out of 10 difficulty on your last rep of each set - just enough challenge to still be able to focus on technique. On the programs, after you put your first weights in week 1 the system will start recommending weights for you.
