ma$sochist volume 2

I love landmines. The slight angular load you get from them makes for a killer tool to hit glutes, core, shoulders, anywhere if you leverage it right. Setting them up can be annoying, so for my in person clients I like to do full landmine circuits all together. That’s what inspired this landmine only, full body workout. It’s a fun one, and hits all the spots!
