putting the ramp in cramp

For those who’ve done enough low intensity cardio, or just anyone who wants to burn calories/push their speed, here’s an interval workout that makes 35 minutes fly by with quite the burn.

It all starts by finding the right initial speed. It should be a speed you can hold for a full 60 seconds, but it should feel like a 9/10 difficulty if you do that. For most people, that’s somewhere between 1-2 mph above your steady state speed.

Given there are hills and we’re adding speed each segment, it’s ok to be conservative so you don’t burn out too soon.
