A short but full spectrum, full body workout only using a single adjustable cable or bands if you have a way to mount them (don’t worry, I listed alternatives if you only have free weights). And if you need to do the alternatives, it isn’t a big deal - it’s more about using each muscle group in this order not the exact exercises.
