A short but sweet full body workout only using dumbbells, kettlebells, and/or open space. Consider set 1 a warm up set, and add weight for sets 2 and 3 as the rep counts go down. You do 1 set of everything in circuit 1, take a short break, and do another round until you finish 3 rounds before moving on to circuit 2. PDF/Table below, with videos below that.
