Easy Full Body: 30 4 30

Here’s an easy and quick to do full body lift that only uses dumbbells or kettlebells. Like last time, only 2 circuits so you can hit every muscle group in under 20 min. Try increasing your weight with each set as the volume goes down. You can download the PDF or use the table below, and I posted the exercises below that.
