As my second quarantine comes to an end, here’s a full body workout anyone can do (assuming you have some books). If you don’t have books, bottled liquid can be dense enough to add weight to a bag.

For the light book exercises, try and find two books of similar weight but if they’re not perfect that’s ok - you can switch with each set or put the heavier one in your weaker arm. PDF/Table below, video instructions below that.
