This one may have been the most fun, at least since the 9-1-1 run. Nice blend of 3 intensities: easy, medium, and hard. It’s a type of fartlek, which describes any sort of cardio workout that works through each of your body’s energy systems (fat, carbs, carbs anaerobically, creatine phosphate). But most importantly, makes 35 min of cardio go by quick!
