2 home workouts in a row? What’s going on Ideen?

Well I got to go home midday for the first time on a weekday in months, due to some clients traveling, so I had some time to make some home workouts for ya’ll. I genuinely enjoyed filming this one as any time I combine strength + mobility I just feel so good after, so hope you all feel as good trying this.

It can be it’s own workout for beginners, or used as a recovery day for advanced.
