Fast 10

Another 30 min treadmill banger, but this time it’s all about speed. 3 speeds: walk, jog, and run. Incline stays at 1%. 10, 3 minute segments. 1 minute per speed, and the only speed that changes is the run speed - adding 0.2 mph to your starting speed each segment.
